Sending your child abroad is a big deal. That’s why we have teams of people who have their back (and yours!) at every step—from the moment you decide to sign them up until after they return home.
Our Traveler Support Team has all the answers before your trip.
Think of your Traveler Support Specialist as a human search engine for all things EF. They’re your go-to if you have any what-ifs or questions. Don’t understand the travel protection plans? Need to document dietary preferences? They’ve got you—in Spanish, too!

Your child’s Tour Director will bring each destination they visit to life
Tour Directors are the secret ingredient to making EF trips really shine. Your child’s Tour Director will be the first person they meet abroad, and their last hug goodbye. They’ll lead the group (in English!) throughout the entire tour, and help your child feel connected to each destination. Not only do Tour Directors speak the local languages and have deep cultural context, but they also have the training and experience to keep track of all the logistics along the way.
Our Safety & Incident Response Team is always here, just in case
While your child’s teacher and Tour Director will be the first line of support should anything unexpected occur while they’re on the road, sometimes backup is necessary.
