In Rome, you and your students will explore one of Rome's beautiful neighborhoods on an expertly led food themed sightseeing. Your tour will include: a local market visit where students will taste vegetable crudité or local cold cuts and cheeses; samples of Roman street food such as pizza bianca or suppli; and a food challenge (for those who would like to participate) during which students will sample a local dish belonging to cucina povera and try to guess what it is.
